Banana Rocket
30 ml Bacardi white rum15 ml banana liqueur
2 small strawberries
90 mlthickened cream
1 medium banana
2 scoops ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute until thick and smooth consistency. Pour into a champagne flute, garnish with a strawberry and a straw, and serve.
